As a quantity surveyor, your responsibilities focus on helping to estimate costs, material quantities, and project timelines. A key part of the role will be to liaise with a range of other teams working on the project.

Experience as QS for at least 3-4 years is a must Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and tender pricing schedules. Conduct accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings to determine the quantities of materials required for projects. Collaborate with the procurement, production, and project management teams to finalize the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure alignment with project requirements. Prepare comprehensive and competitive quotations for new projects based on the finalized BOQ and project specifications. Taking quantities from the drawing. Experience with variations is a must. Preparing the material breakdown as per site conditions. Collecting the information from project manager regarding the work plan Measurements with Plan swift for final take off Ability to read drawings and take off. Preparing Subcontractor payment certificate Updating the Bill of material based on changes Filing the documents for future reference Preparing Document Log sheet Revising the BOM after clients variation approval Preparing the scope of work for the subject variation and BOQ

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 03-05 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the

marble / Decor/ Fit out industry.

Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
*MRICS certified, added advantage

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

*Overall 3-4 years experience in UAE;
*Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
*Municipality accredited added advantage
*Previous experience as Quantity Surveyor a must

Proficiency in quantity take-off software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
