Generate detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on client drawings and site conditions.
Tender management,
Perform material take-offs for steel components, cladding, lighting, and fixing systems.
Track costs through project lifecycle and prepare progress billing statements.
Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for custom signage and steel fabrication projects.
Draft detailed 2D/3D designs and drawings using AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-ray software
Revise drawings based on client feedback, structural calculations, or site changes.
Generate drawings according to client request.
Contract Administration.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 year experience
Immediate Joiner preferred.
Effective communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
AutoCAD, Sketchup software knowledge
Able to do multiple jobs without compromising the quality.
