Job Description
Quantity Surveyor Estimator - Civil & MEP Urgent Hiring: - Immediate Joining Expertise in Joinery, Fit-out works is required. Managing the costs in interior design projects. Ensure that the project is completed within its projected budget. Estimate/forecast the cost and purchasing of the different materials needed for the project. Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation. Must be expert in using Auto CAD, materials taking off, MS-Excel and word, strong ability to work hard and meet deadlines. 1 to 2 years of experience in an Interior Designing firm is a must. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities .
