Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
4-6 years
of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects (UAE experience preferred).
Strong skills in
BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Primavera/MS Project.
Knowledge of
FIDIC contracts
and cost control principles.
Excellent
analytical, coordination, and communication
skills.
Must be
available in the UAE
and ready to
join immediately.
