Job Description
Core Metal Industry LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Quantity Surveyor
to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in steel fabrication or construction and will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and ensuring value for money throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities. Analyze drawings and project specifications to determine material and labor requirements. Monitor project progress and track variations or changes to the original scope. Liaise with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Assist in contract negotiation and preparation. Conduct cost analysis and prepare progress reports. Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the steel or construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost control systems. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
