Job Description
We are hiring a
Quantity Surveyor
with2-3 years of experience in steel fabrication
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, and handling project cost control specifically for steel fabrication and structural works.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents Prepare BOQs, quotations, and project budgets Monitor project costs and report variances Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams Assist in contract management and variations
Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant experience in steel fabrication projects Strong knowledge of structural steel materials and fabrication processes Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Good communication and coordination abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
