To prepare initial cost estimate.
To prepare tender documents and bills of quantities.
To float tender and attend to tenders queries.
To prepare tender analysis report and conduct tender clarification meetings and negotiation.
To prepare contract documents.
To prepare running bills and statement and completion.
To assist site staff in contractual issues.
Continuously monitor project costs and ensure that they remain within the agreed budget.
Track cost variations and provide solutions to mitigate unforeseen costs.
Provide detailed reports to management, clients, and stakeholders on the financial status of projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Experience of managing infrastructure and building projects within the GCC
Experience and abilities in working effectively within complex teams on challenging projects
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English.
