Immediately Responsibilities

Awarding of contracts and preparation of contracts related documents.
Studying the tender documents and extraction of civil related documents including drawings, Specification & BOQ.
Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders.
Raising enquiries to the supplier to get quotations for required materials.
Evaluation of Quotation technically & commercially.
Site visit and attending the meetings.
Awarding of contracts and preparation of contracts related documents.
Allocating work to subcontractors.
Visit building sites to monitor progress.
Preparing & processing payment certificates to do the payment for sub-contractors.
Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
Preparing and analyzing costing for budget.
Site visit and attending the meeting.
Negotiation with seniors regarding the settlement of variations.
Finalize part of project sub contracts documents.
Coordinate between subcontractors and head office for their payments.
Coordinate with day rate sob contractors.
Negotiation with subcontractors regarding settlement of quantities and variations.
