Job Description
We are Hiring for the Infrastructure as
a Quantity Surveyor
Professional & Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
Proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting
Ability to prepare BOQs, cost plans, and tender documents
Understanding of contracts such as FIDIC or JCT
Skilled in measurement and take?off using software
Knowledge of project management principles
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience Expectations (Mid?Level QS)
3-7 years of experience in QS work
Experience preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender evaluations
Site experience handling variations, claims, and valuations
Ability to liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
