Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction and interior projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to quantify materials and labor
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers for accurate cost planning
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents
Monitor project costs and advise on cost-saving opportunities throughout project lifecycle
Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
Assist in contract negotiations and variation assessments
Maintain records of project costs, variations, and payments
Ensure compliance with company standards and UAE regulations

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UAE or native country, preferably in construction or fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and tendering process
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam)
Good understanding of UAE construction standards and contract laws
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Fluency in English required; knowledge of Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
