We're Hiring - Quantity Surveyor (Joinery & Interior Design Division)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in the UAE!

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Industry: Joinery & Interior Design

Location: UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (UAE Experience Preferred)

Salary: As per the Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for joinery and interior fit-out projects. Evaluate and analyse drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure project feasibility and cost efficiency. Coordinate with the Estimation, Design, and Project teams to ensure all project cost-related matters are well-managed. Manage material take-offs, rate analysis, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare progress valuations, variations, and final accounts. Monitor budget vs. actual cost performance and identify areas for cost optimization.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying / civil engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Joinery, Fit-Out, or Interior Design projects (mandatory). Strong understanding of joinery materials, finishes, and production processes. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost management tools. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
