Supports technical/ engineering teams with project requirements.
Attending the site progress meetings.
Prepares Bills of Quantities from drawings and specifications
Verify and maintain records of site measurements and quantifications, progressive claims.
Understand the variations & prepare the claim.
Supports and contributes to the tender and proposal process as required Identifies and analyses the commercial risk of a project
Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
Coordination of work and arrange required safety and work inspection documents for ongoing projects.
Prepare and submit closeout documents for completed projects
Bsc in QS/Civil with UAE Driving license

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
