Requirements:
Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
4+ years of experience in UAE/GCC construction sector
Familiar with FIDIC contracts and local construction regulations
Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel
Strong communication & negotiation skills
