Full-timeWe are currently seeking a
qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS)
to join our growing team in theroads and infrastructure sector
.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents. Monitor project budgets and prepare regular financial reports. Evaluate contractor progress and verify payment applications. Collaborate with engineering and construction teams on-site. Ensure compliance with contract terms and cost control procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Minimum
3 years of proven experience
in road projects. Solid knowledge of measurement techniques and construction methods related to infrastructure and roads. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant QS software (e.g., Candy, CostX, etc.). Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.How to Apply:
