QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Roads & Infrastructure)
Minimum Requirement for Quantity Surveyor
Should have Civil Engineering Degree / Construction Management or Equivalent.
Well versed knowledge and experience in Roads, Infrastructure, Utilities, Drainage (Ashghal/PWA Projects)
Should have Maga Ashghal Roads & Experience projects. At least 10 years' experience required. Experience certificates Must.
Should have good experience & knowledge with PRE-CONTRACT & POST CONTRACT. BOQ. Estimation and take off (Ashghal Standard)
Preparing cost report. Prepares and submits the interim payment applications. Preparing variations analysis, insurances and guarantee logs.
Contract prepare drafting as per Ashghal standard forms. Cost Planning and estimating (BCIS and NRM1, NRM2 MOMI, CESSM).
Proficiency in software like MS Excel, AutoCAD (Must)
Should have own valid QID (FREELANCER).
Should be locally available in Qatar.
Work Location : Doha, Qatar
Ashghal/PWA (Roads & Infrastructure) Approved/Experience candidates required.
