Responsible for preparing BOQs, cost estimates, quotations and supporting commercial activities for portacabin and modular cabin projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate BOQs for portacabins (office, accommodation, ablution, guard room, etc.).
Review drawings/specifications and estimate materials, labor and production costs.
Prepare quotations, cost breakdowns and technical/commercial proposals.
Coordinate with design, production and procurement teams for accurate costing.
Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotes and assist with contracts/variations.
Monitor project budgets and support cost control activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
3-5 years QS experience in
Portacabin/Prefab/Modular Construction
(preferred).
Strong knowledge of steel structures, sandwich panels, MEP items and cabin fabrication.
Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
