Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

to manage all cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration activities across our real estate and construction projects. The QS will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining quality and compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents

for new developments and construction works. Review drawings and specifications to determine material and labor requirements. Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning during pre-contract and post-contract stages. Evaluate contractors' and suppliers' quotations and prepare tender analysis reports. Administer contracts, variations, and claims, ensuring compliance and company policies. Monitor project costs, prepare cash flow forecasts, and issue periodic cost reports to management. Verify and certify interim and final payments to contractors and consultants. Maintain up-to-date records of all contractual and financial correspondence. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure cost control at every stage. Ensure all QS activities comply with

Dubai Municipality, RERA/DLD

and other authority requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. 3-6 years' experience as a QS in real estate development or construction projects within the UAE. Solid knowledge of contracts, tendering procedures, and cost control methods. Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

RICS or equivalent professional membership. Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Knowledge of procurement and contract management systems.

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
