Job Description

? Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.

? Experience:

- 8 years of relevant experience in quantity Surveying for construction projects in UAE.

Experience should be in civil works.



- Prior experience in high-rise & mid-rise residential building is preferred.

- must have experience in claiming and block.

? Technical Skills:

- Proficient in studying Drawings, quantity takeoff

- preparing monthly payments.-

-Preparing Sub- contractor's invoices

- preparing required material schedules .

-Preparing variation orders with supporting documents

-Mange change management process

? Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor project progress.

- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.

? Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

- Proactive and team-oriented.

? Other Requirements:

- Available to join immediately

- UAE driving license

- Based in [specify location] or willing to relocate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
