Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions.
Participate in pre-contract negotiations with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Review contract documents and ensure compliance with contractual terms and specifications.
Monitor project costs and financial performance during execution, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
Conduct cost analysis and risk assessment for projects.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to optimize project budgets.
Ensure accurate reporting of project costs, forecasts, and financial records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5-10 years of UAE construction industry experience.
Strong knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract procedures.
Proficiency in cost estimation, tendering, and contract management.
Familiarity with UAE construction laws, regulations, and standard contracts.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
