JOB OPENING: QUANTITY SURVEYOR - MECHANICAL (ELECTROMECHANICAL)

Must be locally available with valid transferable Qatar ID

We are looking for a qualified

Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical (Electromechanical)

to join our team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Quantity Surveying

Minimum

3-5 years of relevant MEP Quantity Surveying experience

in building & construction projects (mandatory)

Strong understanding of

standard methods of measurement

Solid knowledge of

HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems

in building & construction projects

Experience in preparing

BOQs

, pre-tender take-off, and excellent coordination skills

Must be

locally available in Qatar

with a

valid transferable Qatar ID

Able to

join immediately

or within

1 month

License/Certification:
