Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full financial control of assigned projects, ensuring accurate certifications and timely payments
• Prepare detailed turnover projections, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports for complex projects
• Manage variations, claims, and contractual changes in line with project governance
• Administer contract deliverables and lead commercial negotiations with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct risk assessments for major projects and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Quantify construction works and ensure alignment with contractual obligations
• Maintain comprehensive project correspondence and documentation through management systems
• Lead and develop the Quantity Surveyor team, ensuring strong contract understanding and commercial capability
• Identify training needs and foster continuous professional improvement
• Enhance administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency and protect project margins
• Ensure compliance with internal approval processes and company policies
• Communicate commercial issues clearly and manage teams to deliver timely and accurate outcomes
• Build strong client relationships to achieve favorable commercial results
