Review and analyze the contract, tender documents, BOQ, specifications, and drawings after project award.
Prepare, manage, and monitor project cost reports and forecasts to maintain effective budget control.
Evaluate, certify, and process subcontractor payments in accordance with contractual terms.
Assess, prepare, and substantiate variations, claims, and change orders with proper documentation.
Conduct detailed measurement and valuation of works executed on site.
Support the negotiation and resolution of contractual issues and disputes with clients and subcontractors.
Prepare interim payment applications to the client and follow up on certification and payment status.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure compliance with contractual and financial obligations.
Provide timely and accurate commercial and cost reports to management.
Assist in the preparation and settlement of final accounts upon project completion.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Post-tender QS experience in landscape and swimming pool projects.
