Job Title Quantity Surveyor (landscape)

Description

- Preparing tenders, BoQs, negotiating costs, and managing supplier contracts. - Source suppliers and manage supplier portfolio, including raw materials, finishes etc,
- Calculate direct material cost based on renderings and drawings produced by the design department.
- Preparing tenders and communication with suppliers
- Provide a detailed estimate for different projects ranging from custom made products to tender projects
- Attend client technical meetings to understand their actual requirement in order to provide an accurate estimate
- Coordinate with the suppliers to get the competitive price for the material
- Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
- Present prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
- Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Quantity Surveyor: 10 years (Preferred)
