Quantity Surveyor
to join our team in
Dubai Marina
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing project costs, tendering, budgeting, and contract management to ensure financial efficiency and control across all phases of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow projections.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost risk analyses, and value engineering.
Manage tendering processes including BOQs, technical specifications, and cost comparisons.
Oversee project cost control, monitor progress, and report on financial performance.
Handle contract administration, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
Liaise with consultants, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract forms.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software such as CostX or similar tools.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team collaboration abilities.
Preferred:
Professional accreditation such as MRICS, AIQS, or CIQS is a plus.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Knowledge of local construction laws and regulations.
Location:
Dubai Marina - Candidates must be able to commute or relocate as required.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
