Candidates should have at least 2years of experience in UAE in contracting company
Holding Diploma or equivalent degree in Quantity Surveyor is preferable
Familiarity with forms of contracts
Conversant in AUTO CAD, and CAD Measure based measurements
Familiarity with MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint& Outlook)
Taking off quantities of Sub-Structure, Architectural and landscaping and Structural work
Quantity verifications using CAD or Site measure.
Preparation of independent assessments for variations.
Tender Analysis and Quantity Take off for Lumpsum Project
Reviewing and validating payment applications
Reviewing and validating of final accounts and additional cost claims
Reviewing and validating Sub contractor Payment Applications
Collaboration and working as part of a team.
Excellent English language skills - Verbal & Written
