Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for aluminium and glass works.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
Obtain and analyze supplier/subcontractor quotes for materials and installation.
Prepare cost estimates and budgets for facade systems.
Monitor budgets and track project expenditures.
Assist in sourcing aluminium profiles, glass panels, accessories (gaskets, sealants, fasteners, etc.).
Evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Review contracts and ensure commercial terms are followed.
Prepare subcontractor agreements specific to facade works.
Measure work done (on-site or off drawings) to process interim valuations.
Submit progress claims and variations to the main contractor/client.
Identify and price variations in design, materials, or execution.
Justify changes with cost build-up and documentation.
Prepare and agree on the final account with clients/subcontractors.
