Study tender documents, drawings, and specifications for
interior fit-out works
.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontractors.
Liaise with suppliers/vendors for updated pricing.
Assist in preparing competitive tender/bid submissions.
Support design and technical teams in value engineering.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
2-4 years of UAE experience in estimation for
fit-out projects
.
Excellent skills in quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools.
