The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in both commercial and residential interiors, with the ability to manage costs efficiently and support the team throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out projects (commercial and residential).
Review project tenders, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and gather quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and prepare regular financial and progress reports.
Process contract administration, and cost tracking.
Conduct site visits to ensure work is aligned with design, specification, and budget.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and project reviews if required.
Handle variations, claims, and change orders with proper documentation and analysis.
Identify financial risks and develop value engineering or cost-saving proposals.
Support procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency and quality compliance.
Maintain up-to-date QS documentation, including quotation logs and cost monitoring reports.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, with exposure to both commercial spaces and villas.
Proficiency in cost management and estimation software.
Strong knowledge of local market rates, materials, and subcontractor practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, detail-oriented team player.
