Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings
Request and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations
Prepare pricing breakdowns, value engineering options, and clarifications
Assist in tender submissions and post-tender negotiations
Monitor project cost vs budget and report variance
Evaluate variations, change orders, and claims
Support contract administration in coordination with project managers
Experience
3-7 years experience as QS / Estimator
Mandatory experience in aluminium contracting / facade industry
Technical Skills
Proficient in AutoCAD (for quantity take-offs)
Strong command of MS Excel (advanced formulas, cost sheets)
Good understanding of FIDIC / standard construction contracts
