Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs based on drawings and specifications
Analyze project drawings, scope, and technical requirements for pricing
Obtain and review supplier/subcontractor quotations to prepare price comparisons
Assist in preparing tender submissions and bid documents
Evaluate variations, prepare cost breakdowns, and support contract negotiations
Coordinate with project managers and site teams for cost monitoring and updates
Maintain cost records, price lists, and estimation databases
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Minimum 4 years of UAE experience
in quantity surveying and estimation (construction/contracting)
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local market pricing
Proficient in Primavera, MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (advantage)
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Ability to communicate clearly in
English
