Quantity Surveyor – Estimation (pre Contract)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor - Estimation (Pre-Contract) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in pre-contract quantity surveying, cost estimation, and tendering for large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quantity take-offs for buildings and infrastructure projects.
Review tender documents and prepare queries.
Prepare detailed BOQs for costing purposes.
Develop and submit tender BOQs in line with project requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Desirable).
8-10 years of experience in UAE Construction / Oil & Gas industry.
Strong background in estimation and pre-contract QS work.
UAE Equivalency certificate is an added advantage.
ADM Engineer's card & SOE membership preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
