Al Athar for Trading and Contracting Co. W.L.L. is looking for an experienced

Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer

specializing in road and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for cost control, estimation, measurement, and financial management of construction projects in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs Monitor project costs and variations Prepare interim payments, final accounts, and variation claims Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payment certificates Ensure compliance with contract terms and Qatar construction standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer in road and infrastructure projects Experience with construction companies in Qatar Valid

MMUP/UPDA Certification - Grade A or Grade B (Mandatory)

Strong analytical and cost management skills Ability to join immediately
