The ideal candidate will have:
- UAE National status (Emirati passport holder)
- A BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or a related degree
- 04 years experience (Graduate to Junior QS level)
- Strong interest in pre- and post-contract cost management
- Desire to work within a leading consultancy environment
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Commitment to professional development (support toward MRICS can be provided)
- Supporting senior QS team members with cost planning, tender analysis, and contract administration
- Preparing Bills of Quantities and cost reports
- Liaising with project stakeholders and contractors
- Learning to manage budgets, procurement, and valuations
- Clear career progression within a tier-one consultancy
- Structured mentorship and training towards chartership
- Involvement in flagship construction and development projects
