Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis Monitoring project budgets and expenditures Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations Measuring and valuing completed work Identifying and pricing variations Coordinating with contractors, engineers, architects, and clients Preparing financial reports, payment certificates, and final accounts Managing risk, cost control, and value engineering Ensuring the project remains cost-effective throughout its lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, Primavera) Excellent analytical and numerical skills Good communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
