The candidates should have minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in estimation & costing, Facility management with company in the UAE. You will be required to have a strong understanding of construction methodologies.
UAE Driving License must
Managing site visits
Prepare quotations tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
Preparing estimations
Work with Sales and Design Team to prepare BOQ's.
Good IT systems knowledge and skills including AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop
Ability to measure works on site and from drawings including competence with electronic measurement systems.
Ability to analyze and interpret contract conditions.
Ability to understand, identify and assess project risks.
Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to adjust quickly, should there be changes in work priorities
