Job Description

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to

manage all cost estimation, budgeting, and financial aspects of construction and fit-out projects

. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents for projects. Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments. Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify project requirements and variations. Manage progress valuations, interim payments, and final accounts for subcontractors and clients. Track project costs and provide accurate financial reports to management. Evaluate and negotiate claims, variations, and change orders. Support the project management and site teams in budget control and procurement activities. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and contractual compliance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials, market prices, and industry standards.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Fit-Out industry, or related field

Minimum of 3 years experience in quantity surveying and project cost management in fit-out industry.

Attention to detail and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
