Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in airport infrastructure projects and road contracting. The candidate will be responsible for cost management, quantity take-offs, contract administration, and commercial control of projects in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare
BOQs
, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates forairport and road projects
Review and analyzetender documents
, drawings, and specifications Prepare and submitinterim payment applications
, final accounts, and variation claims Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage subcontract agreements Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow to ensure cost control Assess and certifycontractor/subcontractor invoices
Handlevariations, claims, and change orders
in coordination with project teams Preparecost reports
, financial statements, and monthly commercial summaries Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal project teams Ensure compliance withcontractual terms
, company procedures, and project standardsRequirements
Bachelor's degree in
Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
or equivalent Minimum2 years of experience
in airport projects and road contracting Proficient inMS Excel
, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software Experience ininfrastructure, highways, pavements, and airside works
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet project deadlinesPreferred Skills
Experience with
international airport projects
Familiarity withlocal authority and aviation standards
