Job Description

Manages project costs from start to finish, acting as the financial expert to ensure projects meet quality standards within budget, handling,estimating, tendering, contract administration, and cost control, working for either the client or contractor to maximize value and minimize expenses. They analyze costs (labor, materials, plant), prepare tender documents, monitor expenses during construction, and resolve financial disputes, using tools like BIM for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Contract:

Initial cost estimates, feasibility studies, tender preparation, and procurement advice.

Post-Contract:

Managing budgets, valuing work, processing payments, and handling variations.

Cost Management:

Identifying cost savings, reporting on project financial status, and ensuring value for money.

Essential Skills

Strong math, analytical, and data analysis skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Deep understanding of building regulations and construction methods.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
