Job Description

OGO Contacting is looking for Quantity Surveyor who can join immediately on cancelled or Visit Visa.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing financial documents. Preparing estimates for material costs. Allocating work to Sub-Contractors. Identify commercial risk. Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities, and contractual agreements. Track and report on project progress, including cost performance against budgets and forecasts. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed estimates for new projects. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and evaluate proposals. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and relevant legislation. Participate in project meetings and provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.

Assist in the preparation of interim valuations and final accounts. Collaborate with project teams to implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost control within the construction industry, preferably in Dubai or the GCC region. Proven experience in managing costs for residential and commercial .construction projects Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financial management principles. Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project). Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 3-4 years Experience in construction project management, , Contracting with maintenance preferably in Dubai.
