Job Description
Prepare
cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs
Manageproject cost control and monitoring
Prepare and certifyinterim payment valuations
Measure and evaluatevariations and extra works
Review and verify contractor invoices and claims Assist intender preparation, evaluation, and comparison
Preparefinal accounts and cost reports
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams Attend site meetings and conduct site measurementsRequirements :
Bachelor's Degree in
Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
Experience inUAE/GCC projects
Salary:
To be determined based on interview performance and previous experience.Job Type: Full-time
