o Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and contracts.
o Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate terms to ensure cost efficiency.
Contract & Financial Management
o Administer contracts and manage variations, claims, and disputes.
o Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with budget forecasts.
o Prepare interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts.
Risk & Value Management
o Identify potential financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
o Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
Collaboration & Reporting
Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Online Submission application in Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Civil Defense and follow-up the NOC application with the relevant authorities like RTA, DEWA, DM
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction cost management.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts in United Arab Emirates.
Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
