About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyor

to join our Management Consultancy practice in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting clients across diverse sectors by providing expert cost management, procurement advice, and commercial oversight throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction and infrastructure projects. Monitor project costs, assess variations, and prepare detailed cost reports for clients. Conduct on-site inspections to verify progress claims and ensure compliance with contract terms. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Provide commercial and contractual advice throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all work meets UAE regulations, industry standards, and the consultancy's quality guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

3-7 years of relevant experience

, ideally within the UAE or GCC region. Strong knowledge of cost management methodologies. Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office tools. Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines. Professional certifications (RICS, MRICS, or equivalent) are an advantage.
