We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Quantity Surveyor
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects--from initial estimates to final accounts--ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
cost estimates
,bills of quantities (BOQ)
, andtender documents
Conductcost analysis
,risk assessments
, and feasibility studies Evaluate contractor quotations and supportprocurement
activities Monitor project costs and provideregular financial reports
Managevaluations
,interim payments
, andfinal accounts
Assessvariations
,claims
, and negotiate contract terms Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors Ensure compliance with relevant standards, contracts, and regulationsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum
[5] years
of experience in quantity surveying (construction/MEP/infrastructure) Strong knowledge ofcost control
,contract administration
, andtendering processes
Proficient inQS software
(Planswift, AutoCAD, Excel) Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressurePreferred Skills (Optional)
Experience in large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects
