Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and tender packages
Conduct quantity take-offs and material measurements for fit-out projects
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets
Monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
Manage variations, claims, and commercial documentation
Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and procurement
Manage subcontractor agreements and final account settlement
Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial standards
Support the entire lifecycle of turnkey fit-out projects from tendering to handover
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Minimum 5 - 10 years of QS experience
, specifically in interior fit-out/turnkey projects
Strong understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, and civil finishes
Excellent command of cost estimation, contract administration, and commercial management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, PlanSwift and QS-related software
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
