Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
and quantity take-offs.
Review and verify
subcontractor quotations, claims, and invoices.
Prepare
payment certificates
for subcontractors and ensure correct measurement of completed works.
Assist in
cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering processes
.
Track actual costs vs. budget and prepare monthly cost reports.
Evaluate variations, change orders, and support commercial settlements.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
Maintain updated cost records and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
.
Minimum
3-5 years of QS experience
in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of
BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and subcontractor billing
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Excel, and QS software
(CostX or similar).
Excellent
analytical, numerical, and communication skills
.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
