We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented_
Quantity Surveyor
to manage all aspects of contractual and financial sides of our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of cost estimation, tendering, contract management, and project budgeting within the UAE market._
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Monitor project budgets and control expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents.
- Manage interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Conduct site visits and assessments for progress claims.
- Ensure all financial aspects are handled in compliance with contract requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in construction quantity surveying.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and local contract regulations.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
- Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
