Responsibilities & Duties
Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
Measuring and analyzing project costs and quantities
Evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotes
Preparing contracts, change orders, and cost reports
Providing cost advice and support to project teams
Conducting value engineering and life cycle cost analyses
Qualifications & Skills
Experience of at least
3-5 Year
with construction (Civil)
and project management software
Bachelors
of Quantity Surveyor is required
Professional accreditation such as MRICS or equivalent
Advanced knowledge of construction law and regulations
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong network within the construction industry
Proficiency in procurement and contract negotiation
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations, standards, and best practices
Proficiency with computer programs and software such as MS Excel and MS Project
