Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and controlling project expenses. The role involves the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, and cost planning, while ensuring accurate cost reporting and adherence to project budgets. The Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in ensuring financial efficiency and accountability in the company's construction projects.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
Preparing the projects monthly payments
Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Cost Reporting
Attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with project teams
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in the construction or building contracting industry
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations in the UAE is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Located in the UAE and must have UAE experience
Knowledge in preparing take-off sheet using plan swift, AutoCAD and Excel
