Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for interior fitout projects.
Evaluate project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to determine cost implications.
Source, negotiate, and finalize prices with subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage project budgets, track costs, and prepare regular financial reports.
Monitor project variations/changes and prepare claims accordingly.
Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure alignment with budgeted costs.
Assist in contract administration, procurement, and cost control procedures.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure financial efficiency.
Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the interior fitout industry (UAE)
Strong knowledge of fitout materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
