Prepare and manage project cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets.
Evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations; support procurement decisions.
Handle post-contract administration including variations, claims, and final accounts.
Monitor project progress, verify quantities, and manage cost control reports.
Prepare monthly valuations, cash flow projections, and cost-to-complete reports.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 4
- 6 years of experience
in a
contracting company
(civil or MEP projects).
Sound knowledge of
FIDIC
, tendering, and cost management processes.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
